DER SPIEGEL is the leading German news magazine. Since May 2021, the magazine has been published with a revised layout: stronger contrasts in the typography, reduced image formats defined by the column grid, and less white space to visualize the density of the information. The redesign is based on the designs of Frances Uckermann and was further developed by Creative Director Judith Mohr and her team and adapted to the daily challenges of production and the visual identity of the brand family.
